Take each needed change one by one, find your favorite sustainable alternative and buy it regularly. Plan ahead on shopping make sure you get the better alternatives which allow you to have a sustainable lifestyle, always stay up to date with all your options and create connections with people who can advise or inspire you. Remember that the more you buy a product, the cheaper and more available it becomes, so think wisely on what are you spending your money on.


4 Be active in your community

Talk as much as possible with your family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances about your alternative consumption habits so they can gain awareness about what is out there and be inspired for a change, try to contribute to the community through individual and collective actions meant to raise awareness or enable a positive change, get involved or be active in organizations related to sustainability.


5 Be updated

Stay informed on latest sustainable alternatives, use technology for communication and positive change and continuously educate yourself and others.
